STAGE WEST is a weekend Musical Theatre School in West London providing dance, drama and singing lessons for 3-16 year olds.
Many of our teachers are professionally trained West End and International performers, choreographers and musical directors. We aim to nurture talent and encourage confidence and personal growth in every student.
*All of our teachers have enhanced DBS certificates and hold public liability insurance.

Having been in the performing industry for over 15 years, our independent school aims to share our experiences & network of West End contacts to bring the latest musical theatre trends to class. Surprise guest teachers from various West End shows take workshops throughout & we aim to produce at least 2 performances a year.

MINI STARS
Saturday’s 10.15am / 11.30am
Through the combined imagination and creativity of teacher and student, your child will be introduced to Musical Theatre in a fun and engaging way which means they are excited to get to class each week. They enjoy hilarious drama games, exhilarating songs, and expressive dancing.
Our high energy Mini Stars sessions are designed above all to encourage and build self-confidence in a safe and controlled environment.
We aim to produce a showing of work at the end of every term! Past Mini Stars performances have included The Funky Duckling, Three Billy Goats Gruff, The Little Christmas Tree & Jack and The Bean Stalk.
FOR AGES 6 – 9YRS
MAIN SCHOOL
Saturday’s 10am – 12pm
Stage West Main School students will be encouraged to hone their skills & technique in a 2 hour session split into 3 x 35min classes of Drama, Singing & Musical Theatre / technical Dance.
Depending on the theme & focus of the term students are brought together by music and a variety of dance styles and drama techniques in a fun and engaging way. Students will explore & improve language and communication skills, help develop coordination and imagination, and bring ideas and stories to life.
We aim to produce at least 2 performances for family & friends per academic year. Past Stage West shows include The Lion King, The Wizard of Oz, Cinderella, A Night at The Movies, Oliver, Mary Poppins and Hairspray.
For ages 10-16yrs
COMPANY CLASS
Saturday’s 1pm – 3pm
This is our advanced group of acting, singing & dancing classes which is aimed at 10-16 years. Students who wish to further their training at STAGE WEST can do so within this 2hr session taught by industry professionals and split in 3 x 40min classes.
As well as learning the importance of staying fit, stage presence, microphone technique, and theatre terms, Company Class sessions recreate a safe rehearsal space to explore more challenging musical theatre material, practice audition pieces and continue honing students skills as a Young Performer for whatever life path they choose.
SING
Music brings students together in a fun and engaging way. Songs teach children how language is constructed and assists with the acquisition of language as well as tone, beat and rhythm.
